| The heart of the shop is the 1959 Delta Unisaw, with a 52" Biesemeyer fence system and Bies splitter. I got it in an auction from the Art School where I work, in a non-working and unusable state. A month later, after a restoration that involved a complete breakdown, stripping, motor overhaul, and reassembly, it was turned into the state shown here as put to use. | |

The assembly table in the middle of the shop is 4'x4' and is made up of two cabinet-type pieces with 2'x4' maple butcher block slabs on top. The unit contains four cubby-style storage areas underneath the top. Two of the cubbies store vacuum systems: a Festool CT 33 and a Fein Turbo III. The other two cubbies store mobile cabinets that contain a variety of items such as saws, drills, sanders, hand tools, sanding supplies, and finishing supplies. |
